Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want to make sure your experience with EMBR is nothing short of exceptional. That’s why we’ve created a simple and straightforward return and exchange policy — so you can shop with confidence.
🔁 Exchanges
Love your ring but the size isn’t quite right? No problem — we’ve got you.
We offer hassle-free size exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery, as long as the ring is returned in brand new condition. Please note that rings with personalized engravings cannot be returned or exchanged. If you aren't sure of your size, please purchase un-engraved and then you can add an engraving during the exchange process.
HOLIDAY UPDATE: We want you to be able to gift without worry! If you made your purchase after 10/21, you (or the recipient) will have until 1/31 to exchange the ring. Please note that we cannot grant return refunds to a different payment method than the original, so if a return is made by the recipient, the refund can only be issued to the original payment method or be granted as store credit.

- A size exchange
- A return for store credit
- Or a prepaid return label for a refund (see below)
📦 If you’re exchanging your ring, your new one will ship out within 2–3 business days after we receive the original. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on its way.

💸 Returns
Returns are rare around here — but if something didn’t work out, we’re here to help.
You can return your ring for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure it’s in brand new, unused condition, and you’ll only need to cover the return shipping.
⛔ Please Note: Clearance items are not eligible for a refund but can still be exchanged.
📅 Shopping early for a wedding? Please be sure to check the fit and style within the return window. Wear it around the house and make sure it’s the one before the big day — because once the window closes, we won’t be able to accept a return.

International Returns:
Please submit international return requests through our return portal. Return coverage is offered for purchase at checkout in Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. If you did not purchase coverage, you can purchase a return label through the return portal. Please note: We do not offer exchanges on International orders.
💎 Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind every ring we make. As of April 2024, all EMBR bands come with a FREE Lifetime Warranty.
If your ring ever has an issue due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it with the same style or a similar one of equal value.
A few things to note:
- Sizing or width changes are not included in replacements.
- Customers cover shipping & handling:
