Do you ship all over the world?
Yes, we are delighted to tell you that we ship these rings to most countries in the world!
How long does it take for my ring to ship?
We typically ship out a ring order within approximately 2-4 business days of order placement. The actual shipping period will vary depending on which shipping option you select during checkout.
What company do you use for shipping?
We primarily ship our rings through USPS, but we also work with FedEx and DHL as well. Depending on the shipping option selected upon placing an order, your EMBR ring will be delivered by one of these three carriers.
How do I find my ring size?

I want to order a Couples Package - How do I select the sizes?
You can select the size, width & color of both rings on the product page for that couples package!
What is the width of your rings?
Most of our bands come in your choice of 4MM, 6MM & 8MM widths. Here's a visual:

Are there custom's charges for international orders?
Each government handles customs uniquely. Please check with your local government for costs or any fees that may be associated with your purchase.
What is Damascus Steel?
Damascus steel acquires its wavy surface design by hammer-welding strips of steel and iron, followed by repeated heating and forging to create a beautiful, durable band. The ring is then acid finished, which can darken parts of the steel, as well as produce a raised texture to the surface. Each Damascus ring has a unique design, truly making it one-of-a-kind. No two rings are alike!
Do you offer engravings?
We have now started to offer laser engravings! Please note that these are personalized engravings and therefore once engraved, a ring cannot be returned or exchanged so if you are unsure of your size, please hold off on the engraving. Once you are sure of your size, you can send it back to us for engraving for a fee or take it to a local jeweler- most offer this service for a small fee.
Do you offer custom orders?
EMBR does not currently offer custom designs.
What is your Return/Exchange policy?
We want to make absolute sure you have only the best experience with EMBR and for this reason have created a simple and practical return/exchange policy for your peace of mind.
Please note: this policy does not apply to engraved rings or silicones which are FINAL SALE.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your ring, you can return it hassle-free for a full refund within 30 days of your original delivery date. Just pay the return shipping and have the ring back to our warehouse within 30 days for a full refund. If you love your ring (and we think you will) but didn’t get the size quite right the first time, no worries. We’re more than happy to help you with a size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Ultimately, we’ll be sure to take care of any needs or concerns you may have.
HOLIDAY UPDATE: We want you to be able to gift without worry! If you made your purchase after 10/21, you (or the recipient) will have until 1/31 to exchange the ring. Please note that we cannot grant return refunds to a different payment method than the original, so if a return is made by the recipient, the refund can only be issued to the original payment method or be granted as store credit.
Does my ring come with a Warranty?
Here at EMBR we back our rings 100%. Starting in April 2024, every EMBR band purchase comes with a FREE LIFETIME WARRANTY. It’s simple -
We’ll replace your ring with the same style or a similar one of equal value if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
Please note:
No changes to size or width are allowed for replacements.
Customers are only responsible for shipping & handling:
$15 (U.S.) / $30 (International).

How do I make a change to my order?
Need to change a shipping address or ring size on an order already placed? Not a problem. If anything needs to be updated, shoot us an email at support@embr.com and we'll take care of it as long as it hasn't been shipped.
How do I exchange my ring for a different size?
At EMBR, we make exchanges super quick & easy!
Use our EXCHANGE PORTAL to indicate what size you are exchanging for & to receive a prepaid return label (as long as the ring was purchased through our website & not a partner or third-party site). Once that ring is sent back to us, we'll begin to prepare your replacement and ship the replacement out within a day of the original ring arriving back to our shop.

Discount Codes- How do they work?
From time to time you may receive a promotional email/message with a discount code. Please note that you cannot combine discount codes with other codes to "stack" discounts. There are also certain times of year that we try to offer the biggest discount we can to all our customers (think Black Friday), during which we don't allow the use of discount codes at all due to the steep discount we are already providing. Save your code and purchase a 2nd ring later! While most codes are good on all products, there are some exclusions from discount codes.
