Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, we are delighted to tell you that we ship these rings anywhere in the world!

 

How long does it take for my ring to ship?

We typically ship out a ring order within approximately 3 business days of order placement. The actual shipping period will vary depending on which shipping option you choose during checkout.

 

What company do you use for shipping?

We primarily ship our rings through USPS, but we also work with FedEx as well. Depending on the shipping option selected upon placing an order, your EMBR ring will be delivered by one of those two companies.

 

What is the width of your rings?

Our bands are all a standard width of 8mm. There is definitely a possibility that other width options will make their appearance on our website in the future, but for now we can only offer 8mm.

 

Do these rings glow?

Our Resilient collection does not glow; however, the bright, florescent colors we offer are an exceptional alternative that adds a little something extra to your standard wedding band. We hope you love them as much as we do!

 

What is Damascus Steel?

Damascus steel acquires its wavy surface design by hammer-welding strips of steel and iron, followed by repeated heating and forging to create a beautiful, durable band. The ring is then acid finished, which can darken parts of the steel, as well as produce a raised texture to the surface. Each Damascus ring has a unique design, truly making it one-of-a-kind. No two rings are alike! 

 

Do you offer engravings?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer custom engravings for our rings at this time. However, we highly recommend taking your ring to a local jeweler to have it engraved. There is typically a very minimal fee to have this done, and this way you can be 100% sure of the size first.  

 

Do you offer custom orders?

EMBR does not currently offer custom designs.

 

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

We want to make absolute sure you have only the best experience with EMBR and for this reason have created a simple and practical return/exchange policy for your peace of mind. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your ring, you can return it hassle-free for a full refund within 90 days of your delivery date. If you love your ring (and we think you will) but didn’t get the size quite right the first time, no worries. We’re more than happy to help you with a size exchange within 90 days of delivery. Ultimately, we’ll be sure to take care of any needs or concerns you may have.

 

How do I make a change to my order?

Need to change a shipping address or ring size on an order already placed? Not a problem. If anything needs to be updated, shoot us an email at support@embr.com and we'll take care of it.

 

How do I exchange my ring for a different size?

Please fill out the ring exchange form found here and include it inside the package you will be sending back to us containing the original ring. This way we can have all the information we need to get your new ring sent back to you as soon as possible. You will receive a new tracking number in your email once the new ring is on its way to you.
