We want to make absolute sure you have only the best experience with EMBR and for this reason have created a simple and practical return/exchange policy for your peace of mind.


Returns are rare at EMBR, so we're sorry that something didn't work out with your ring. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it hassle-free for a full refund within 30-days of your original delivery date. Just pay the return shipping and have the ring back to our warehouse within 30-days for a full refund. Clearance items are exempt from a refund but are still eligible for an exchange.
EMBR rings have a full one year warranty. This will cover breakage or anything else that could be caused by a manufacturing error. And we offer lifetime warranties that you can add on to any ring purchase (new in 2023). We back our rings 100%.


If you love your ring (and we're sure you will) but didn’t get the size quite right the first time, no worries. We’re more than happy to help you with a size exchange within 90-days of delivery. Just pay the return shipping and have the ring back to our warehouse in brand new condition within 90-days for a hassle-free exchange. We ultimately want to make sure you have the EMBR ring you love in the size you need, so exchange as many times as needed during that timeframe.

Please include a note inside your package with the following:
1. Order Number
2. Name
3. NEW ring size you'd like us to send back

This will give our fulfillment team the information they need to process the exchange smoothly for you. Your exchange should be on its way back to you within about 2-3 business days from the time we receive your first order. We'll send you an email once the package has been received on our end. Please keep in mind that we occasionally experience minor backorders for certain styles/sizes, so we'll be sure to let you know as soon as possible if this is the case for your exchange. Once your exchange has been shipped, you'll see another shipping confirmation w/ a tracking number in your email!
