Order Fulfillment Delays (Tulsa, OK Fulfillment Center Impacted By Storms)

We are reaching out to inform you of a temporary delay in fulfilling your recent order placed with us. We understand the anticipation of receiving your purchase and we sincerely apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Regrettably, our fulfillment center located in Tulsa, OK has been severely affected by the recent storms that swept across the Midwestern United States. As a result, our facility has been left without power, hindering our ability to process and ship orders in a timely manner. We're grateful beyond belief that our EMBR team members are safe & our hearts go out to those who lost their lives during these storms. Our brief interruption in normal business operations is the least of the troubles coming out of these storms as more than 300,000 homes in Oklahoma are left without power--some for as long as a week--many people are left hospitalized and, at this time, 5 deaths have been confirmed across Oklahoma & Texas.

We have been closely monitoring the situation and have received updates indicating that power restoration is expected to take place on Saturday, June 24, if everything goes according to plan. We are working diligently to resume normal operations as soon as power is restored and our dedicated team is ready to expedite your order swiftly thereafter.

Here's what you can expect:

  • We anticipate shipping your order between Monday June 26 - Wednesday June 28th once power is restored
  • If you purchased with free standard shipping, we are going to automatically upgrade your order to 2-day shipping on us. This may reduce or even remove any delay in receiving your order.
  • If you purchased the 2-day shipping at checkout, we are refunding you the cost of the expedited shipping
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during this unexpected situation. We appreciate the opportunity to fulfill your order once operations are back up in Tulsa--it helps our business a ton.
